At the 150,000-square-meter production base of ZOZEN Boiler, ZOZEN foreign trade sales manager was conducting live broadcast with Thailand's customers. Through the mobile phone network, ZOZEN showed the CNC blanking, CNC plate rolling, longitudinal and circumferential welding production lines to Thailand’s customers. In the blanking workshop, ZOZEN CNC vertical lathe was beveling the boiler drum heads with high processing precision, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and overall processing level of boilers.
As the Spring Festival approaches, ZOZEN Boiler is working at full capacity to complete the production tasks for the whole year with high quality. The ZOZEN 4 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace, which increases the heat transfer surface, reduces the thermal stress and improves the boiler safety. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the heat loss due to exhaust gas and operating costs, ZOZEN also installs the energy-saving equipment at the end of the flue gas duct to ensure boiler's thermal efficiency reaches 98% and above. ZOZEN Boiler insists on putting quality in the first place to conduct the strict strength re-inspection on the boiler manufacturing materials newly purchased in order to ensure the compressive strength of boiler fundamentally and escort the safe operation of boiler.
In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, China CEC Engineering Corporation purchased 3 sets of SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler who had completed the shipment recently. ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler has the sufficient output, a high degree of automation and a high thermal efficiency of over 82%. In order to improve the fuel utilization, there are multiple separate air chambers and air dampers installed at the lower part of the grate to achieve the precise air distribution to meet the demands of air volume needed by fuel in each combustion stage. ZOZEN Boiler also customized the dust removal, desulfurization and denitration equipment at the end of the boiler to ensure that the exhaust gas emission of the boiler could meet the local environmental protection standards.
ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts packaged structure, which is convenient and quick for installation to save a lot of basic construction costs for the enterprise. Its internal structure adopts large-diameter waveform strove furnace which can effectively absorb heat expansion to add the radiation heating surface and ensue the low emission of NOx with the advanced low-nitrogen burner to improve the fuel utilization. What's more, its thread smoke tubes have scientific pitch and depth to further strengthen the convective heat transfer and make boiler's thermal efficiency reach 95% and above.
