ZOZEN YLW series coal-fired and biomass-fired chain grate thermal oil heater is favored by Indonesian customers because it has the features of high temperature and low pressure, precise temperature control and high quality. Heater proper and chain grate are transferred separately. The pictures show the heater proper is on the delivery. YLW series thermal oil heater adopts the square coil structure to realize high safety and sufficient heating surface. The tubes are firstly bent by CNC 3D tube bending machine, then welded to link together without forced assembly. YLW series thermal oil heater adopts the structure of a large furnace to achieve sufficient combustion and realize the thermal efficiency of over 85%. It is available for the bituminous coal, anthracite, all kinds of biomass particles, sawdust, etc.

The upper assembled components is the body heat accepting part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment.
ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired and gas-fired boiler is designed with large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube, which makes the heat transfer of the boiler more efficient.
