Some kinds of boilers have the problem of energy waste caused by heat loss in the process of steam transmission due to their special structures. To solve this problem, we should properly improve the steam transmission process.
In general, gas-fired boiler uses natural gas to heat water in order to provide heat source for underfloor heating and heating radiator, while condensing gas-fired uses condensation technology to recycle the thermal energy from the exhaust gas.
The economizer is a heat exchanger equipment which utilizes heat recovery of flue gases to heat feedwater. It can increase boiler efficiency, reduce the temperature of flue gas and save the fuel by absorbing recovery of flue gases. Besides, the feedwater is heated through the economizer before it is supplied into steam drum to decrease the thermal stress of the steam drum wall caused by temperature difference, which can improve the operating conditions of steam drum and prolong the service life of the steam drum.
In a boiler, energy from the fuel is transferred to liquid water in order to create steam. Once the water is heated to boiling point, it is vaporized and turned into saturated steam. When saturated steam is heated above boiling point, dry steam is created and all traces of moisture are erased. This is called superheated steam.
The air in the economizer and condenser has not drained yet when firing. The safety valves of economizer and condenser need to be turned on to exhaust steam. Return pipe valves also need to be turned on, enabling the steam in the economizer and condenser to return to softened water tank.
The outlet water temperature is so high that economizer and condenser will have vaporization phenomenon. The outlet water temperature of economizer and condenser need to be controlled.
The check valve of the...
