Among many boiler types, biomass-fired chain grate boiler has the advantages of wide fuel adaptability, low original emission concentration, low operating costs and easy operation. Based on the eco-friendly development thinking, ZOZEN Boiler has long been designing and manufacturing the chain grate boilers. At present, the DZL series industrial boiler adopts the advanced arch design, independently developed membrane water-cooled wall structure, special slag removal technology and reasonable sealing grate structure, which shows an obvious performance advantage.
In Sri Lanka, a set of ZOZEN 15 tph DZW series biomass-fired steam boiler was being installed and debugged. The user is a well-known local palm oil manufacturer, AEN PALM OIL PROCESSING (PVT) LTD. The boiler fuel is palm fiber. The boiler is a tri-drum boiler which has characteristics of no ash accumulation, high efficiency and good environmental protection performance. There is no need to stop the boiler for dust removal, which can make the boiler keep the normal operation for a long time. Meanwhile, considering the combustion characteristics of palm fiber, ZOZEN technicians also optimize the feeding hopper, furnace arch and air distribution device of the boiler to solve the coking problem caused by the fuel combustion.
ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler has the characteristics of sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. To ensure the sufficient combustion of fuel and save the fuel costs, ZOZEN analyzes the characteristics of different fuels, and optimizes the feeding hopper, width and length of grate, grate rotating speed, secondary air inlet place and direction. ZOZEN also adopts the design of separate air chambers and air dampers to ensure the complete combustion of different biomass fuels and improve the boiler thermal efficiency to above 88%.
ZOZEN Boiler cooperated with Hebei Yigao Bioenergy Co., Ltd. to improve the reasonable and efficient utilization of biomass energy such as corn straws and so on. According to Hebei Yigao Bioenergy’s requirement of using biomass straws as fuel, ZOZEN Boiler reasonably designed the furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler by cooperating with Shanghai Jiaotong University to ensure the combustion efficiency and rated evaporation capacity of boiler.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
