ZOZEN Boiler has cooperated with the Department of Thermal Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University to jointly develop the DZL series tri-drum biomass-fired boiler. This kind of steam boiler is a water tube boiler adopting the assembled structure with two parts. The boiler can be equipped with different grates to ensure the sufficient combustion of biomass fuels.
ZOZEN energy-efficient WNS series gas/oil-fired steam boilers have two-pass and three-pass structures. This series of boilers adopt the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes with high heat transfer efficiency. With the economizer at the end of the flue gas duct, they can enlarge the boiler's heating surface, lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃ and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency to over 98%. ZOZEN WNS 8 tph steam boilers are applied in the food, chemical and heating industries.
This SZL series boiler is designed and developed by ZOZEN, which has the characteristics of wide adaptability of coal type, compact design and convenient installation. Benefiting from its outstanding performance advantages, this series of chain furnaces successfully won the favor of Agra Feed S.A.S. In order to improve the actual efficiency of the company, ZOZEN also customized a complete set of steam boiler system with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. Meanwhile, according to the environmental protection requirements of the region, ZOZEN also installed dust removal, desulfurization and denitration facilities to effectively reduce NOx emissions.
