ZOZEN 10 tph SZL series steam boiler is widely applied in the nonferrous metals, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. The SZL series coal-fired/biomass-fired steam boiler is packaged or shop-assembled boiler with double drums and a chain grate stoker structure. The 4-6 tph boiler is a packaged structure and the 6-35 tph boiler is a shop-assembled structure. It is composed of 2 parts. The upper part is heat absorbing surface and the lower part is combustion equipment.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.
On Christmas Eve 2019, General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping signed an agreement with Shir Baz Kaminzada, CEO of Baheer group from Afghanistan on the papermaking steam boiler project and established a friendly and cooperative relationship. The heating and dissolving, machine shaping, black slurry concentration and squeeze drying of the chemicals in the pulping process all require heat sources, so the boiler is the main driving force for the production of the paper mill.
