In this automatic production line, automatic argon arc welding technology is adopted for the welding of serpentine pipes, and X real-time imaging is carried out on the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the bending process. The welded pipe is conveyed to the serpentine pipe bender through the pipe conveying device, and the pipe bending operation is carried out according to the set size.

At the same time, the burner can realize automatic air adjustment, which can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion.
