ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
ZOZEN SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, safety and efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and fully automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
This is gas-fired/oil-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler which is widely used in petroleum, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries that require high-temperature heating. The thermal oil heater adopts heat medium oil to transfer the heat energy. Applying high temperature of heat medium oil, the boiler can realize low pressure and high temperature heating with a working temperature of 320℃. Meanwhile, our thermal oil heater is equipped with the complete device for operation control and safety supervision which can precisely control the working temperature with convenient operation and high safety performance.
ZOZEN 15 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the printing and dyeing, nonferrous metals, chemical and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
