ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired and oil-fired steam boiler has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. This series of boiler adopts double drum with full membrane structure. ZOZEN 35 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the food, heating and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
This SZL series boiler is designed and developed by ZOZEN, which has the characteristics of wide adaptability of coal type, compact design and convenient installation. Benefiting from its outstanding performance advantages, this series of chain furnaces successfully won the favor of Agra Feed S.A.S. In order to improve the actual efficiency of the company, ZOZEN also customized a complete set of steam boiler system with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. Meanwhile, according to the environmental protection requirements of the region, ZOZEN also installed dust removal, desulfurization and denitration facilities to effectively reduce NOx emissions.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

This series of boilers adopts the design of " D " type membrane wall structure, the steam drum, the water drum and convection tube bundle form the convection heating surface to ensure the the boiler expands on both ends as a whole; at the same time, the combustion chamber is designed with the narrow distance tube membrane water cooling wall to reduce heat lost, in addition, the boiler is equipped with a big combustion chamber for the full combustion of fuel, effectively increasing the boiler thermal efficiency over 98% and reducing the NOx to 30mg/m³, which are superior to the national level one energy efficiency standard.
