In late July, ZOZEN Boiler launched a three-day job training program for new graduates, which was held by the vice general manager and boiler designer, Zhu Qiuping. As a senior boiler engineer, vice general manager Zhu has more than 30 years of experience in boiler design, especially in designing large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler and gas-fired boiler. He is now the head in charge of ZOZEN Boiler's R&D and design department and is one of the representative persons of ZOZEN Boiler's "soft power".
ZOZEN Boiler has guided the industrial boiler manufacturing quality for decades. It also has established the technology standards of blanking digitization, automation of welding and assembly moulding to realize the specialized and scale production of boiler's main parts. For further improving the boiler production efficiency and product quality, ZOZEN's Yixing factory introduced a series of new equipment including laser cutting machine, grooving machine, blending machine and sand blasting machine.
Founded in 2002, Wujiang XinYi Textile Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise integrating production and trade of various kinds of high-end fabrics. With the expansion of business, XinYi Textile introduced the ZOZEN biomass-fired boiler. This series of steam boiler is a horizontal chain grate boiler. It has excellent safety performance. The extremely low water level electrode can effectively prevent boiler water shortage accidents caused by extremely low water level operation in manual mode and strengthen the safety protection of water level control.
