ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired boiler has a compact structure. The boiler is stable and reliable. It adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to ensure sufficient steam storage space and heating area. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded flue tubes is 1.2 times higher than that of ordinary flue tubes. Besides, energy-saving devices were equipped at the tail of the flue to improve the inlet water temperature, reduce the exhaust gas temperature and increase the thermal efficiency to more than 98%, which realized the goal of energy saving and emission reduction for many locomotive depots.
