ZOZEN WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas-fired boiler. ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.

Meanwhile, DZL series biomass fired steam boiler adopts the thread smoke tubes developed by ZOZEN to strengthen the heat transfer and improve the thermal efficiency. The heat transfer coefficient of thread smoke tube is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke tube and the thermal efficiency of boiler is over 88%, which can fully meet the daily production demands of enterprises.
