ZOZEN Boiler cooperated with Hebei Yigao Bioenergy Co., Ltd. to improve the reasonable and efficient utilization of biomass energy such as corn straws and so on. According to Hebei Yigao Bioenergy’s requirement of using biomass straws as fuel, ZOZEN Boiler reasonably designed the furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler by cooperating with Shanghai Jiaotong University to ensure the combustion efficiency and rated evaporation capacity of boiler.
Shandong Luhua Group Co., Ltd. is a national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in China with 24 production bases and covers industries of edible oil, condiments, vegetable processing and so on. Its annual production capacity of edible oil is 1 million tons and that of condiments is 100,000 tons. ZOZEN's SZS series gas-fired steam boiler and SZS series low NOx gas-fired saturated steam boiler have sufficient heating surface and enough steam and water space to ensure the stability of boiler indexes. Meanwhile, full membrane wall structure can ensure excellent airtightness and thermal efficiency (above 98%). ZOZEN Boiler also adopts ultra low NOx burner via flue gas circulating can ensure the complete combustion of fuel and control the emission of NOx at the same time. It is estimated that boiler's NOx emission is less than 28mg/m3, which completely meets the standards of Environmental Protection Department of Shandong Province.
In response to increasingly serious environmental problems, Ji Xiang Ju Food decides to purchase low NOx and eco-friendly gas-fired steam boiler. To meet the new requirements, ZOZEN Boiler customizes the boiler system and recommends SZS series low NOx steam boiler to ensure the sufficient heat supply for Ji Xiang Ju Food's production line. This series of gas-fired boiler adopts D-model full membrane wall structure and combustion chamber adopts narrow-spacing tube membrane wall with good air impermeability to reduce heat loss and enhance the thermal efficiency to 98% and above with the economizer at the end of flue gas duct.
Recently, ZOZEN took a field trip at the project location of the WNS boiler. The ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boilers are horizontal wetback fire-tube boilers which have reasonable internal structure. An advanced low NOx burner is equipped with the boiler to reduce the NOx emission to less than 30mg/Nm3. At the same time, the burner can realize automatic air adjustment, which can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.
Bolivia is the highest average altitude country in the world, local Bolivian companies have higher requirements for boilers than general boilers. As the altitude increases, the atmospheric pressure and the air density decrease accordingly, which adversely affects boiler combustion.
In view of this situation, ZOZEN technical team makes adjustments from the combustion system and exhaust system of boiler, fully considering the influence of low air pressure on boiler body design and combustion. By appropriately increasing the volume of the furnace to extend the residence time of the fuel in the furnace, and the problems of slow fuel burning speed and long burning time are solved.
The boiler body of WNS series boilers adopts wet-back structure. The combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure of the boiler are automatically adjusted and protected, which can realize fully automatical operation to ensure safety and reliability. The large-diameter corrugated furnace of this boiler ensures sufficient combustion of natural gas. Combined with an advanced low NOx burner, it can easily achieve the requirement of NOx≤30mg/Nm3. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with energy-saving equipment at the end of the boiler flue, so that the boiler thermal efficiency can reach over 98%.
