The SZL series steam boiler stands out in the realm of industrial boilers with its distinctive design and construction. It is a water tube boiler featuring a double drum and a chain grate stoker structure that epitomizes efficiency and durability in steam generation. The SZL series comes in two main configurations: the 4-6 tph (tons per hour) range and the 6-35 tph range. The 4-6 tph models are package boilers, which means they come fully assembled from the factory, making installation and setup straightforward and less time-consuming. This design is particularly advantageous for smaller operations or those with limited space, as it negates the need for extensive on-site assembly. On the other hand, the 6-35 tph models of the SZL series are shop-assembled structures. These larger boilers come in two main parts: the upper module, which comprises the heat absorbing surfaces, and the lower module, which houses the combustion equipment.
The chain grate boiler is a grated fired boiler with a high degree of mechanization, the chain grate is the combustion equipment. The working principle is to drive the chain grate to rotate by the reducer, so that the solid fuel can be fired from the front to the end of the boiler, and the combustion efficiency is greatly improved compared with the fixed grate. When the chain is turned to the bottom, the air cooling lower the temperature, which can protect the grates from burning loss.
SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
