As one of the Belt and Road projects collaborated between China and Kazakhstan, Qingdao United Zhenye Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd carried out an in-depth cooperation with Kazakhstan on environmental protection technology of oil fields. ZOZEN provided stable and efficient thermal energy for the project. The first batch of YQW series thermal oil heaters and WNS gas-fired steam boilers has been delivered to Kazakhstan, which has expanded the brand influence of ZOZEN in Kazakhstan.
The ZOZEN steam boilers fall into two main categories: WNS series gas-fired fire tube boilers and SZS series gas-fired water tube boilers. Both of these two gas-fired boilers are star products of ZOZEN energy-saving series. Both are equipped with a large volume furnace and an advanced NOx burner imported from Europe to effectively reduce the NOx emission, so the NOx emission can reduce to 80mg, and the NOx emission can even be reduced to 30mg if flue gas recirculation is added. Obviously, the environmental protection effect is very significant.
DHL series coal-fired steam boilers belong to field-assembled boilers, which have a high requirement on installation capacity. ZOZEN successfully helps PT Angels Products install 75tph coal-fired steam boiler.
ESK Group, one of Indonesia’s biggest paper producers, had cooperated with ZOZEN in 2007, ordering 2 sets of 20 tph coal-fired steam boilers.
