In order to meet the production heat, ZOZEN Boiler provided it with a self-contained gas-fired superheated steam boiler, and the combustion chamber of the boiler body adopted a full membrane wall structure, with high heat transfer effect. The horizontal superheater is arranged in the convection tube bundle area, and the boiler water evaporates in the drum. After steam-water separation, it enters the superheater to raise the temperature again, resulting in high-quality superheated steam and stable heat supply.

ZOZEN Boiler provided an energy-saving and environment-friendly WNS gas-fired steam boiler for a food enterprise in Suzhou. The gas-fired steam boiler adopts two-pass design, and the use of large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube make the heat transfer of the boiler more efficient. With the condenser and economizer installed, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 98%.
SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water pipe steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting pipe structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled components is the body heat accepting part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment.
The boiler is additionally provided with an air preheater at the end of the flue gas, and the air is preheated to a certain temperature with the heat carried by the flue gas of the boiler. The heated air enters the combustion room again, which not only accelerates the drying, ignition and combustion processes of the fuel, ensures the stable combustion in the boiler, but also improves the average temperature level in the boiler, thereby strengthening the radiation heat transfer in the boiler and effectively improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.
This year is the quality management improvement year of ZOZEN Boiler. SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
