Meanwhile, high temperature cyclone separator in combination with the design of big furnace and low flow rate prolongs the time of coal particles stayed in the furnace, which can ensure complete combustion of coal and effectively improve the thermal efficiency of boilers. In addition, multiple baffle plates are designed on the convection heating surface, which increases the flue gas flow and reduces the dust.
