ZOZEN SZS series double drum vertical gas-fired watertube boiler is a typical medium and large-sized gas-fired boiler, with a capacity of 20-110t/h and a pressure of 1.25-5.3MPa, which meets the needs of steam and heating for most enterprises. ZOZEN 10 tph SZL series steam boiler is widely applied in the nonferrous metals, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. The SZL series coal-fired/biomass-fired steam boiler is packaged or shop-assembled boiler with double drums and a chain grate stoker structure. The 4-6 tph boiler is a packaged structure and the 6-35 tph boiler is a shop-assembled structure. It is composed of 2 parts. The upper part is heat absorbing surface and the lower part is combustion equipment.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

The large furnace design can extend the residence time of the flue gas in the furnace to make the full combustion of the fly ash and combustible gas. In addition, the flag pattern heating surface absorbs the temperature of the flue gas to a large extent, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
