ZOZEN packaged gas-fired superheated steam boiler is designed with built-in superheater, which is arranged in the convection tube bundle area of the boiler. The water evaporates in the upper drum of the boiler, is separated by the steam-water separation device, and the generated high-quality steam enters the superheater for further heating to the required temperature.
Shandong Befar Group builds a new project, according to the requirements of heat load and temperature, ZOZEN Boiler recommended SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler. The fuel is light diesel oil, and the superheated steam temperature is 350℃, which meets the requirements of the customer. ZOZEN gas-fired superheated steam boiler is ready to leave the factory. After it arrives at the site, it can be commissioned and run after installing auxiliary equipment and connecting water and electricity.
The boiler is additionally provided with an air preheater at the end of the flue gas, and the air is preheated to a certain temperature with the heat carried by the flue gas of the boiler. The heated air enters the combustion room again, which not only accelerates the drying, ignition and combustion processes of the fuel, ensures the stable combustion in the boiler, but also improves the average temperature level in the boiler, thereby strengthening the radiation heat transfer in the boiler and effectively improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired and gas-fired boiler is designed with large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube, which makes the heat transfer of the boiler more efficient. With the condenser and economizer installed, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 98%, which is well received by the market.
ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.
