The new generation of SZL series boiler is cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University. It increases the furnace height, increases rotating speed, adds ash blowing device and designs ash removal system at the bottom of the grate. These well solve problems like scaling, abrasion, front arch, etc. It can also reduce the maintenance and operating costs and extend the service life of the biomass-fired boilers.
ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler has the characteristics of sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. To ensure the sufficient combustion of fuel and save the fuel costs, ZOZEN analyzes the characteristics of different fuels, and optimizes the feeding hopper, width and length of grate, grate rotating speed, secondary air inlet place and direction. ZOZEN also adopts the design of separate air chambers and air dampers to ensure the complete combustion of different biomass fuels and improve the boiler thermal efficiency to above 88%.
ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler can be fired by various kinds of fuel including biomass particles, wood chips, palm shells, straws and so on. The boiler body is composed of the chain grate and boiler proper with a packaged or pre-assembled structure. It is convenient for installation, so it can reduce the basic construction costs for customers. At the same time, in order to meet the boiler emission standards in different areas, ZOZEN Boiler can design the cyclone, wet scrubber and bag-type dust removal devices to lower the NOx emission to 200mg/m3.

Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
ZOZEN 15 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the printing and dyeing, nonferrous metals, chemical and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. YQW series thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure with larger inner coil design to ensure boiler's safe operation under high temperature. It is also equipped with advanced burner and control system. They realize the automatic and stable operation of thermal oil heater. There is waste heat recovery device as well to improve the thermal efficiency to 95% and above.
ZOZEN Boiler cooperated with Hebei Yigao Bioenergy Co., Ltd. to improve the reasonable and efficient utilization of biomass energy such as corn straws and so on. According to Hebei Yigao Bioenergy’s requirement of using biomass straws as fuel, ZOZEN Boiler reasonably designed the furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler by cooperating with Shanghai Jiaotong University to ensure the combustion efficiency and rated evaporation capacity of boiler.
