1.2 MW YYW thermal oil heater for food waste processing industry

With the increasing of state support for food waste processing industry and the utilization of food waste, enterprises have ushered in new opportunities for development. At present, the food waste recycling treatment process is generally the kitchen garbage collection, crushing and screening, dehydrating and feed raw material production, and the producing of feed raw material needs to use indirect heating and high temperature drying. The company (formerly Suzhou City Clean Waste Vegetable Oil Recovery Co., Ltd.), as the only designated waste oil recovery company in Suzhou City, has been committed to the recycling of food waste from kitchens. In 2007, The company jointly with Tsinghua University developed Kitchen waste heat and humidity comprehensive treatment process. In recent years, the “clean company” has been continuously improving its technology and improving its processes to ensure that it can be harmlessly treated and resource-utilized it when kitchen waste increases. It purchased a 1.2 MW horizontal gas-fired thermal oil heater (YQW-1200Q) at ZOZEN. At present, the company's actual kitchen waste collection and disposal volume is up to 250 tons/day, and it can operate stably.
