10 T/H Gas-Fired Steam Boiler for Food Industry

I. Boiler demand:

The user needs a steam boiler for the production line of beverage and instant noodles.

II. User profile:

Uni-President invested and built a production base in South China. The production base is mainly responsible for the production of beverages and instant noodles. It has three beverage production lines with a monthly capacity of 3.7 million boxes; 4 instant noodle production lines with a monthly capacity of 2.3 million boxes.

III. Solutions:

ZOZEN provides a set of 10 tons gas-fired steam boiler.

The original boiler of the user was not equipped with flue gas waste heat recovery device, and the overall thermal efficiency of the original boiler was low.

ZOZEN made rational use of the space height of the local boiler room, and designed an overhead air preheater in the boiler system. Air preheater is a kind of preheating equipment to improve the heat exchange performance of boiler and reduce heat loss.

Also, the boiler system is equipped with a high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tubes. It enhances the heat transfer effect and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
