I. Project Background:

Shandong Sinoglory Health Food Co.,Ltd , founded in 2000, is a soy protein manufacturer in China. The company's main products are soybean protein, low-temperature soybean slices, soybean oil, soybean dietary fiber and so on.

The superheated steam boiler ordered in cooperation with ZOZEN Boiler is mainly used for steam production of vegetable protein powder. There are two requirements for customers: 1, high-temperature steam with stable output; 2, biogas, a by-product of production, is used as part of boiler fuel.

II. Solutions:

The mixed combustion of boiler fuel has a high demand for burners. ZOZEN Boiler has selected American zeeco ultra-low nitrogen burner for customer this time, which can meet the design requirements and operational emission requirements.
