30-Ton Steam Boiler with Dual Fuels of Biogas and Natural Gas Project

I. Project Background:

The alcohol plant needs steam to promote the fermentation of distiller's yeast and grain to produce alcohol. Therefore, Wuhechun Company ordered a set of SZS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler for steam supply in the production line.

II. Solutions:

According to the customer's requirement, the boiler adopts the combination combustion of biogas and natural gas. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler is suitable for various kinds of fuels, which includes the natural gas, coke oven gas, biogas, methanol, diesel oil, heavy oil, light oil, etc.

The boiler is equipped with mixed fuel burner, and the burner adopts double valves and double air nozzles. With the quantity change of two kinds of fuels, it can realize smooth switching, with high safety performance and simple operation.

Another major advantage of SZS series boiler is high thermal efficiency and stable sufficient steam output. The reasonable structure design of the boiler with advanced condensing technology ensures the thermal efficiency up to 98%.
