Several Sets of Gas-fired Steam boilers for Agricultural Industry

Beiwei (Yi'an County) Green Organic Food Co., Ltd. is a national key enterprise of agricultural industrialization integrating cultivation, planting, breeding, production, processing and sales of agricultural products.

The company invested 671 million yuan (about 93 million US dollars) in the construction of the fresh corn quick-frozen vegetable project, with five branch factories, covering a total area of 160,000 square meters. The project mainly focuses on the processing of fresh corn and quick-frozen vegetables, which can realize the annual processing of 500 million ears of fresh corn, 15,000 tons of quick-frozen corn kernels and 10,000 tons of quick-frozen vegetables.

ZOZEN Boiler provides 8 sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for the project, with a total heat supply of 50 tons. High temperature steam provides heat source for cooking, blanching, sterilization and other processes. The stable high-temperature steam ensures the production safety and food freshness.
