Wine industry 25 tph gas-fired fire tube steam boiler project

As the second largest wine-making enterprise in Maotai Town, Guizhou Guotai Liquor Group Co., Ltd. has four production bases with a planned annual output of 56,000 tons of liquor. Guotai Liquor Group  has reached a cooperation with ZOZEN Boiler to purchase a 25-ton gas-fired steam boiler.

In the process of alcohol fermentation, various bacteria will be produced, as well as a large number of yeasts and enzymes. Therefore, steam is needed for sterilization. The temperature requirement in the process of sterilization is very high, too high a temperature will destroy the nutritional value, and too low a temperature will result in insufficient sterilization.

The 25-ton gas-fired steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler has stable steam output and fast steam production. The output temperature and pressure of the boiler can be adjusted according to the needs of the brewing process, which can well meet the constant temperature requirements required for brewing.
