29MW and 58MW Gas-fired Hot Water Boilers in Tianjin

Before reconstruction: there were 3 sets of 58MW coal-fired boilers.

After reconstruction: the user builds 2 sets of 58MW gas-fired hot water boiler and 2 sets 29MW gas-fired hot water boiler.

In this coal-to-gas project, the user purchased ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired hot-water boiler, adopting the principle of two sets with two standby. The advantage is that 2-4 sets of boilers can be flexibly selected to operate together according to the demand during peak heat consumption, so as to ensure the stable and continuous heating work. At the same time, centralized management is convenient for later maintenance.

ZOZEN gas-fired boiler has greatly improved the working environment. The above picture shows the boiler room status after the coal-to-gas project of Junli Heating Station. The automatic control system of the boiler also reduces the labor intensity of the enterprise and saves the labor cost to a certain extent.
