Generally speaking, the heat to be absorbed by 1kg of water is 1kcal for every 1℃ increase, it is concluded that the heat supply of 1 ton (0.7MW) boiler is 600,000 kcal. Therefore, how much boiler is needed to heat 20 tons of water from 15℃ to 40℃ for one hour can be calculated in this way. 20000*(40-15)=50000kcal (this is the heat that the boiler can release in one hour).
In addition to the temperature difference between the north and the south, there are many factors that affect how many square meters a ton of hot water boiler can supply heat. Such as altitude, local average temperature, building structure, heating effect and so on.
How many square meters a ton of hot water boiler can heat refers to the building area that a ton of hot water boiler can heat every hour. The heat generated by a ton of steam boiler is 600,000 kcal. According to the current national standard, 100 kcal of heat can be used for heating every square meter of buildings (houses, offices, hotels, etc.). Therefore, the theoretical value of how many square meters a ton of hot water boiler can heat is 600,000 ÷ 100 = 6,000 square meters.
