How much is the natural gas boiler in the bathhouse?
The boiler in the bathhouse provides hot water for bathing and heating, and it is an essential product in bathhouses. Generally, it is hot water boiler. With the elimination and banning of coal-fired boilers, many users choose energy-saving and environment-friendly gas-fired boilers. Then how much is a suitable gas-fired boiler?
First of all, we have to determine the boiler plan. Bathhouses mainly need to supply hot water and winter heating all the year round. There are two main options: one set of hot water boiler for heating and another set of hot water boiler for supplying hot water for bathhouses; or choose a large capacity hot water boiler with a plate heat exchanger. The first method has a large investment, but it is more economical and cost-effective to run. Because there is no need for heating in summer and late spring and early autumn, it is only necessary to run a boiler that supplies hot water for bathing. In the second method, a plate heat exchanger is added to realize the dual-purpose of one boiler, and the occupied space is also small, which greatly saves the original investment.
After the plan is determined, the appropriate boiler parameters and systems are selected according to water consumption, peak water consumption, heating area time in winter, etc., so as to determine how much the bathhouse boiler costs.
1. The manufacturing cost of the boiler body accounts for 60% of the overall cost. The price of the materials used in the body can only be determined after many comparisons. The more sophisticated the process, the higher the ex-factory price. However, from a long-term perspective, the later fuel cost and maintenance cost are lower and the service life is longer.
2. Auxiliary machinery costs are different, for example: boiler control system, water processor, feed water pump, deaerator, induced draft fan, etc. Different accessories have separate quotations.

Mongolia's industrial sector has been expanding steadily. Demand for reliable heat supply is growing — particularly in food and beverage manufacturing and urban district heating. Coal is the dominant industrial fuel. The continental climate means heating systems run for long periods each year. At the same time, factories are raising their standards for steam quality, equipment uptime, and emissions compliance. These factors together make boiler selection a more demanding process than it us...07 Apr 2026 -
On the beverage and liquor production line, steam is never merely an auxiliary energy source. Whether for beverage heating, beer brewing, or the relevant processes in vodka production, the steam system runs through the entire production flow. For enterprises, the stable operation of the boiler directly affects the workshop rhythm, process connection, and daily management efficiency. Recently, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for a Mongolian enterprise&mdas...31 Mar 2026 -
For many manufacturers with mature production experience in China, expanding capacity overseas or building a new factory abroad often starts with one key question: can the local infrastructure and energy supply support long-term operation? This is especially important in Africa. In many countries, raw materials such as timber are readily available, while conventional fuels like natural gas and diesel are often more expensive and less stable in supply. For plywood plants, this creates a practica...24 Mar 2026
