Safety accessories of the thermal oil heater include safety valves and bursting discs, stop valves, pressure gauges, etc.
The basic configuration of low nitrogen thermal oil heater system includes the following main parts:
1. Combustion system: including furnace, burner, ignition device, etc.
2. Oil circulation system: circulating oil pump, oil injection pump, storage tank, expansion tank, etc.
3. Control system: complete with boiler control box.
4. Air-smoke system: refers to the system consisting of flue gas and air generated by combustion, mainly including induced draft fans, chimneys and other equipment.
