The boiler shall be adapted to the fluctuant demand

Most food manufacturers require large volumes of steam, but they don’t require full steam 24/7; instead, the demand for steam varies along their production lines at different times of the day. Therefore, if the steam boiler can quickly power up and down, it shall help preventing being interrupted when the demand is increasing, while saving the fuel cost when the steam is not in demand.

 

The boiler shall be easy to keep maintenance

With the boiler required for many different demands, the maintenance work of the boiler is necessary for the food processing enterprises. If the boiler is equipped with low maintenance and easy self-diagnostics can help resolve small maintenance issues.
