How to reduce the nitrogen oxides in the gas-fired boiler?
The reduction of nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers is mainly achieved by burners and increasing the furnace size of boilers. In order to help enterprises save costs and reduce nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers, low-nitrogen transformation can be realized by configuring appropriate low-nitrogen burners and staged combustion technology plus the flue gas internal circulation technology, and the emission can be controlled to be less than 30 mg/m3. At present, the low nitrogen transformation plan is as follows:
FGR technology (flue gas recirculation), which is self-circulating burner. For natural gas-fired boiler, the mainstream mature low nitrogen emission technology is staged combustion and flue gas recirculation.
In view of the problem of reducing nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers, an ultra-low nitrogen burner is adopted to reduce the excessive coefficient of cold air entering the boiler to the lowest possible level, finally, it will reduce the heat loss and achieve the energy conservation and environmental protection.

See You in Dhaka on April 29 | ZOZEN Boiler Confirms Participation in BTKG 2026 Bangladesh ranks among the world's major garment and textile producing and exporting countries. Its extensive textile and dyeing industry maintains a consistent, concrete demand for stable and efficient industrial heat sources. From April 29 to May 2, 2026, the Bangladesh International Textile, Knitting & Garment Industry Exhibition (BTKG 2026) will be held at the ICCB International Convention City Bashundhara i...21 Apr 2026 -
In Pakistan, garment manufacturing and fabric processing remain important parts of industrial production. For these factories, steam is not an auxiliary utility but a core part of the production chain. Processes such as dyeing, drying, heat setting, and finishing all require a stable and continuous steam supply. Any fluctuation in steam output may affect production rhythm. Against this background, more textile companies in Pakistan are paying closer attention to fuel adaptability, operating sta...14 Apr 2026 -
Mongolia's industrial sector has been expanding steadily. Demand for reliable heat supply is growing — particularly in food and beverage manufacturing and urban district heating. Coal is the dominant industrial fuel. The continental climate means heating systems run for long periods each year. At the same time, factories are raising their standards for steam quality, equipment uptime, and emissions compliance. These factors together make boiler selection a more demanding process than it us...07 Apr 2026
