Boiler economizer, as its name implies, is used to save fuel coal and belongs to an energy-saving device of boiler. According to the power, size and price of the boiler, the boiler economizer adopts different materials such as stainless steel and ND steel.

 

The principle of boiler economizer is that the flue gas from the tail of boiler enters the economizer, and the water in the economizer absorbs the temperature of flue gas through finned tubes and then returns to the boiler, which is equivalent to increasing the feed water temperature of the boiler, and reducing the energy consumption when the output of the boiler is constant. According to the working principle, the installation position of boiler economizer is generally located at the tail of boiler flue.
