What is the function of fluidized fan in circulating fluidized bed boiler?

Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) is a fluidized combustion boiler. Its main structure includes combustion chamber and circulating furnace. It has many advantages such as high thermal efficiency and low pollution, and is especially suitable for biomass fuel and inferior coal. During use, all parts of the boiler are playing their respective roles.

Function of fluidized fan in circulating fluidized bed boiler

The working process of circulating fluidized bed boiler is to send air into the furnace by primary air, mainly to fluidize the materials in the furnace, and at the same time provide oxygen needed for fuel combustion in dense phase area at the lower part of the furnace. At the same time, through the secondary fan, the oxygen needed for fuel combustion in the furnace is provided, the mixing of materials is strengthened, and the temperature distribution in the whole furnace is also analyzed. The flue gas burned in the furnace will circulate and burn the incompletely burned flue gas through the circulating ash separator, fly ash return device, etc. The waste gas will finally pass through the dust collector and be discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan. Therefore, the fluidizing fan of circulating fluidized bed boiler is used to feed back and fluidize the bed material in the furnace, which is supplied by primary air.

Reasonable setting of fluidized air in circulating fluidized bed boiler to improve thermal efficiency

3. The load adjustment range is large, and the low load can be reduced to about 30% of the full load.

4. Optimize the separator structure, effectively improve the separation efficiency, so that the carbon content of boiler fly ash is less than 6%, and the carbon content of bottom slag is less than 2%.

5. Select the appropriate fluidization velocity, optimize the anti-wear measures of each heating surface in the furnace, and ensure that the heating surface in the furnace runs for a long time without wear and the exhaust gas temperature is stable. The annual operation time of ZOZEN's boiler is not less than 8,000 hours, and the continuous operation time is not less than 7,000 hours.
