The kick-off meeting of Lean Factory-Standardization Project of ZOZEN was successfully held at 9 a.m. on April 20, which marked the beginning of ZOZEN’s comprehensive reform. From the moment on, ZOZEN would deeply implement the concept of operation standardization and process standardization and comprehensively improve the internal management level and overall competitiveness. The project team of Samsung Electronics also visited the production base online while waiting for the result of the hydraulic test. With the live broadcast lens of Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu Xing, the project team of Samsung Electronics had a better understanding about the production lines of ZOZEN, and learned about the manufacturing advantages of advanced automated production lines. In recent years, there is an increasing concern of biogas. As an advocate for the green development of the industrial boiler industry, ZOZEN overcame the technical difficulties and launched new type biogas-fired steam boilers. With sufficient output and high thermal efficiency, the boilers bot only saved a lot of fuel costs for users but also effectively promoted the development of circular economy.

At present, the two sets of SZS series gas-fired boilers have arrived the project site of Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The hoisting of the boiler proper has been completed smoothly. And, the boilers have entered the auxiliary infrastructure construction phase. ZOZEN installation team will strive to complete the project instruction within the agreed time and ensure the smooth delivery of the EPC turnkey project.
