The kick-off meeting of Lean Factory-Standardization Project of ZOZEN was successfully held at 9 a.m. on April 20, which marked the beginning of ZOZEN’s comprehensive reform. From the moment on, ZOZEN would deeply implement the concept of operation standardization and process standardization and comprehensively improve the internal management level and overall competitiveness.
