China Boiler and Boiler Water Treatment Association has successfully held the first session of the Technical Commission of Heat Transfer Fluids. Mr. Zhang Guoping, the general manager of ZOZEN Boiler was appointed as the vice chairman of the Technical Commission of Heat Transfer Fluids.

The purpose of this conference is to establish a the Technical Commission of the Heat Transfer Fluids. The thermal oil heater produced by ZOZEN Boiler is energy-saving, efficient and safer

The heat transfer fluid boiler, i.e. thermal oil heaters, produced by ZOZEN Boiler include YQL (W) series gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater and YLW series coal-fired and biomass-fired thermal oil heater, which have the characteristics of wide adaptability of fuel, high temperature and low pressure. ZOZEN Boiler customizes the flue gas waste heat recovery system for the customers, to improve the thermal efficiency of the gas-fired and oil-fired thermal oil heater up to 95%.

In terms of operation safety, ZOZEN Boiler set up a full-automatic control system for the thermal oil heater, which has the functions of over-temperature and over-pressure alarm, low oil level alarm and so on, to comprehensively ensure the stable operation of the boiler. At the same time, the heat absorption capacity of the inner coil pipe of the boiler radiation section is far greater than that of the middle ring and the outer ring, the flow rate of the inner coil pipe of the design is greater, so that the heat transfer oil boiler is safer and more reliable in high-temperature operation.
