Recently, relying on its solid strength, ZOZEN attracted the international fiber industry giant Lanjing Group to visit and inspect, and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the company. Lanjing (Nanjing) Fiber Inspection Team stated that the visit was mainly due to the need to build distributed energy sources and plans to introduce multiple gas boilers. After understanding the company's actual needs, ZOZEN recommended SZS series gas-fired boilers for Lanjing (Nanjing) Fiber, stoker boiler biomass.

ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler is the horizontal dual cylinder arranged, chain grating,  steam and hot water boiler designed by ZOZEN technical personnel according to advanced technology and experiences from domestic and international boiler market. Recently, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters gained favor of SOTRATECH in Mauritius, which is an energy company engaged in utilization and development of sustainable energy. This time SOTRATECH wanted to purchase one thermal oil heater for a local textile mill, providing heat energy for dying, printing, drying and other production progresses. The director of SOTRATECH said that ZOZEN thermal oil heater featured advanced production technology and strict quality test standards, then he ordered a set of 2.8MW YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. Advantages: Make biomass-fired boiler a clean and neat working environment.

With the application of patented technology in chain grate furnace, ZOZEN has realized the high efficiency and low emission of DZL series steam boilers. The thermal efficiency can reach 82% and NOx emissions can be less than 100mg/Nm3, which not only improves the combustion efficiency but also reduces the operating costs and pollution emissions of enterprises, stoker boiler biomass.

All boilers are subject to damage if proper water treatment procedures are not followed. This is an important consideration both during operation and when the boiler is idle. To avoid damage and costly repairs, monitor water chemistry routinely and ensure that you are supplying your boiler with soft water at all times.
