ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle, 5600kw furnace.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality. The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt.
