Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Boiler, as the thermal energy equipment of the factory, is an indispensable part in the construction of the factory area. The person in charge of Jindal immediately contacted ZOZEN. Considering that the United Arab Emirates is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended  its energy-saving and environmentally friendly WNS series gas boilers for Jindal.

By technological innovation, ZOZEN has designed a new generation biomass-fired boiler, and is suitable for all kinds of biomass materials (such as: rice husk, wood bits, palm shell, cotton straw etc.) to have burning experiment, the result will be the basis of design. Advantages: Full combustion of fuel, increase comprehensive heating efficiency of boiler.

water boilers 116.4 mw capacity, Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company.

The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt.
