The so-called wood chips boilers refer to the biomass boilers fired by wood chips. 1) DZL series wood chips boilers

The DZL series wood chips boilers is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. The boiler proper is a longitudinal single drum in which threaded smoke tubes form the convective heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiant heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate, and the boiler is packaged as a whole for shipment. The electric control can realize stepless speed regulation of grate, limit parameter alarm and interlock protection.

2) SZL series wood chips boilers

The SZL series wood chips boilers adopt the packaged or pre-assembled structure. The upper part is the heating surface of the proper, and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front end of the boiler proper is the water-cooled wall arranged all round. The upper part of the water-cooled wall is connected to the drum and the lower part is connected to the header. The three parts constitute a combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat from the furnace. At the back end, a dense convection tube bundles area is arranged between the upper and lower drums. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion passes though the cross flow convective heating surface in the second pass and is led to the separate economizer, and finally enters the dust collector and is discharged from the chimney. The 20tph pre-assembled water tube boiler is composed of the front furnace, rear furnace, convection tube bundles, economizer and chain grate, which are respectively assembled as a whole before leaving the factory.

3) YLW series wood chips fired organic heat carrier boiler

The YLW series organic heat carrier boiler is the pre-assembled horizontal square coil chain grate boiler. The chain grate and the boiler proper are separated for shipment. After the boiler arrives the construction site, it can be put into operation only by connecting oil and electricity. During the operation, the fuel falls from the hopper to the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected by the back arch to the front of the furnace and enters the furnace. After the radiant heat exchange by radiant heating surface, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat exchange, and then it enters the waste heat boiler, air preheater, finally dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan through the chimney and is discharged to the atmosphere.
