The two sides shared the same development concepts and became friendly and trustworthy partners.

4ton wood boiler, China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology.

4ton wood boiler, All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, softened water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. ZOZEN skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company.

4ton wood boiler, ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

4ton wood boiler, During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler.

This project is of great significance to ZOZEN, promoting ZOZEN’s development in Central Asia and building a strong foundation in future international development.
