ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃, camrshial stim boilers.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT. New Hope Indonesia introduced ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler to provide efficient and reliable heat source guarantee for feed production.

Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years.
