Pom Packaging company fully affirmed ZOZEN's expertise in biomass boilers after in-depth technical exchanges, and then ordered multiple sets of 15tph SZL series biomass steam boilers.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

The front and rear smoke chamber doors of ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are designed to be sleeve hinges and open like window so that it is easy to maintain, detect and clean. The special design also can get better sealing effect. Advantages: implement one-man operations.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction, heating boilers capacity.
