Relying on its solid strength, ZOZEN gained a new partner in the paper industry in Papua New Guinea - Pom Packaging. Due to the expansion of production capacity, Pom Packaging urgently needs to introduce multiple steam boilers with stable performance to meet production needs. Pom Packaging company fully affirmed ZOZEN's expertise in biomass boilers after in-depth technical exchanges, and then ordered multiple sets of 15tph SZL series biomass steam boilers, boiler draught.

ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag, boiler draught.

Steam boilers provide thermal energy support in the process of feed granulation. Due to the growing market demands, Zubair Feeds Private Limited in Pakistan decided to purchase one more efficient steam boiler to supply sufficient heat source for the production line. To reduce the fuel costs, the company added rice husk into the coal as boiler fuel for co-firing. ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time.
