15t h coal fired steam boiler, ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT. New Hope Indonesia introduced ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler to provide efficient and reliable heat source guarantee for feed production. 

The outer packing of furnace body adopts for the whole frame structure to reduce the junction plates between the frame and the drums, which minimizes heat loss due to heat conduction. Advantages: save energy, reduce consumption and help customers reduce the costs.
