Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources, 5 ton disel boiler.

The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss. The overall shot blasting, rust removal and painting can ensure the beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance of boiler.
