To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

The ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired steam boiler was successfully delivered to the capital of Caracas, Venezuela in early June. ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

ZOZEN 4 tph WNS series oil-fired fire tube boiler for construction industry in South Africa. Pholaco is a construction materials company specializing in light steel frame (LSF) construction, EPS panel construction, and CLC (cellulose lightweight concrete) construction. ZOZEN provided 4 tph WNS series heavy oil fired boilers for the company. This kind of fire tube boilers adopt large corrugated furnace for full fuel combustion. In combination use of the thread smoke tubes, the thermal efficiency is up to over 98%.

The front and rear smoke chamber doors of ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are designed to be sleeve hinges and open like window so that it is easy to maintain, detect and clean. The special design also can get better sealing effect. Advantages: implement one-man operations.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
