The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. 10 bar gas steam boiler, The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.
After the raw materials are transported to the workshop, steel plates will be precisely cut by the plasma cutting machine according to design drawings. The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.
