The condensate water draining performance plays an essential role in the normal operation of gas-fired boiler to prevent the emission of steam when condensate water, air and carbon dioxide are discharged. Intended to realize a better effect of water draining and steam holding, ZOZEN Boiler’s technical team improved the original boiler structure for excellent condensate water draining performance to reduce energy consumption and cut down production cost for the enterprise, isotex boiler.

isotex boiler, The DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler which is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. The boiler body is a single drum longitudinal layout. Thread smoke tubes in the drum form the convection heating surface while the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

ZOZEN boilers adopt the ultra-low nitrogen burner with flue gas recirculation method to realize low NOx emission. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx.

isotex boiler, After the raw materials are transported to the workshop, steel plates will be precisely cut by the plasma cutting machine according to design drawings. The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.
